The Firm
Studio Zanin — Consulenza del Lavoro
Three generations, one mission: standing close to businesses with expertise and reliability.
The origins. In the early 1950s, Emma Gilli — mother of Elena and Silvia — started out as a "Consulente Paghe" (payroll consultant), one of the first professionals to help bring about, shortly after, the Albo dei Consulenti del Lavoro — Italy's official register of employment consultants. It was the pioneering start of a professional register that would go on to become a trusted point of reference for industrial, craft and commercial businesses, and for service and professional firms across the country.
60 years alongside businesses. First Emma Gilli, then her daughters Elena and Silvia Zanin, stood constantly by their clients with expertise and professionalism. Today Silvia Zanin leads the firm which, modern and efficient, continues to fully support craftspeople, retailers, small, medium and large businesses, credit institutions, service companies and professional practices of every kind.
The third generation. After qualifying, registering with the professional body and completing the first university Master's programme in Consulenza del Lavoro, Elisa Bertolino — Silvia Zanin's daughter — began her professional career as the third generation of consultants in the family. Mother and daughter now lead the firm together, with the same continuity that has always defined it, supporting businesses through economic and financial development and the new milestones of the world of work.
Thank you for your trust, and best wishes for a fruitful collaboration.
